Board member news!

We’d like to congratulate new board member, JoAnn Porter, on her recent promotion to the Assistant Dean for Finance and Budget at the University of Colorado Denver’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.  JoAnn has been at CU Denver for the past 15 years and has a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Accounting.  She has been Financial Compliance Coordinator for the past five years and has served as interim budget officer for the college in the past.

Porter joined the DCCV board in early 2012. “She is a valuable addition to our board and we appreciate her thoroughness, calm, and professionalism,” states Executive Director Cathy Phelps.
